Returns Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If our product doesn't perform for you, don’t worry. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return it.

RETURN

Please read the following conditions before initiating a return:

  • Orders can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date products purchased via shipping and 48 hours for Local - Hand delivered products. 
  • For Saint Lucian customers, return can be dropped off to our representative. Please contact our local rep via whatsapp @ 1758-7329536
  • All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and unused with the original hangtags and packaging attached.
  • For our International customers, Please contact us via support@kkluxurycloset758.store to get return address before shipping. Please do not send back to the original shipping address directly.
  • KK Luxury Closet 758 is not responsible for the cost associated with shipping your product back to our warehouse for a refund.
  • At our discretion, we may offer a partial refund or charge a restocking fee, in particular, if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or if there are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


We’ll not accept your return request if the order is not delivered:

  • Due to reasons attributable to you (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address).
  • Due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. confiscation by customs, delays caused by natural disasters, pandemic and strikes).


EXCHANGES

To our internation customers, We are not able to offer exchanges. If you are interested in different sizes or colors after you receive the product, we recommend that you purchase the correct product immediately and return the original product. If there is a problem with the product you received, please contact our customer service team at support@kkluxurycloset758.store


REFUNDS

After receiving and checking your returned item, we will notify you via email and process your refund request within 3 working days. You’ll also be notified via email once we start processing you refund request.

Note: Due to specific rules of different payment service providers, you may see the refund amount in your account after 5-10 working days. Please contact your payment service provider for more details.

 

PARTIAL REFUND

There are certain circumstances where only partial refunds are granted:

  • if an item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • If an item is returned more than 14 days after delivery
